Casa Stalletta is a perfectly restored old barn with two welcoming external verandas. Accommodates 4 people with two spacious bedrooms on the upper floor overlooking the garden and two bathrooms located one on each floor. The fully equipped kitchen leads to the veranda with an intimate living room in a quiet and secluded position and onto the porch which houses the large dining table and the gas barbeque. Private parking for 2 cars, air conditioning and heating, wi-fi in the house.
Casa Torretta is spread over two floors. Inside, a beautiful veranda with large windows framed by wisteria for romantic breakfasts. The two large bedrooms are located on two different floors, each with its own bathroom.
In the garden, around the large salt water swimming pool, covered and heated in autumn and spring, it will be pleasant to enjoy the silence in the company of the olive trees or fall asleep in the sun on the sun loungers and chairs.
Outside you will be free to move around, in tranquillity, as at home, enjoying the swimming pool, the holistic space, the ping pong table all exclusively for you.

Borgo4case has developed over many years starting from the initial nucleus of the Stalletta house in 1987, with the addition of the first house Torretta and the other units facing the common courtyard. The swimming pool was created in the olive grove in 2000, keeping the landscape intact with the addition of a pleasant setting of Mediterranean shrubs. The architecture of the place has been completely rebuilt preserving the original character to offer you the flavor of the typical rural Tuscan environment. The ancient stones, the original Tuscan terracotta floors and the ceilings with exposed beams, together with a skilful decoration, will give you the feeling of welcoming and warm hospitality, combined with all modern comforts, for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
